Book at the founding rateThe founding rate applies to the first five reviews booked by December 31, in exchange for an honest written testimonial. After that, reviews are $750 and leveling is $1,250.
What to have ready
The documents that make a review complete.
- The bid, every page, including exclusions and notes.
- The drawings the bid was priced from, with their date.
- Specifications or a finish list, if you have one.
- The proposed contract, if the builder has sent it.
- Photos of finishes you have in mind, so the review can check the bid against your picture.
