Refunds and cancellations

Short version: if the work hasn't started, you get your money back. Details for each service are below. Questions go to tim@talusbidreview.com.

Bid reviews and bid leveling

If you cancel before we confirm that your document set is complete, you get a full refund. Once the set is confirmed, the review has started and the fee is non-refundable.

If we can't complete a review we've accepted, for any reason on our side, you get a full refund.

The founding rate follows the same rules.

Bid questions calls

You can reschedule once at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, you get a full refund. Cancellations with less notice, and missed calls, are non-refundable.

If you book a review within 30 days of your call, the call fee is credited toward it.

Second opinions

If you cancel before we start reading the document, you get a full refund. After that, the fee is non-refundable.

Guides and templates

If a guide or template isn't what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Most banks show them within 5 to 10 business days.
